Just caper around

The word caper means to jump around in a lively way. Or it refers to a unique ingredient used in many  Mediterranean and Eastern European dishes: Capers are the unopened buds of the caper shrub A rule of thumb: The smaller the caper, the more tantalising the flavour. Wine vinegar adds an acidic edge – while salt helps to retain their character and taste. We also stock a range of caper fruits – however, they are not intended for seasoning, but as an appetiser.
